Sugar Bear Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Tune-Up Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a long-term team member who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.
This position focuses primarily on HVAC maintenance and tune-ups, with opportunities to identify repair needs and present solutions to customers.

Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC maintenance and tune-ups on residential systems
- Inspect equipment and identify potential repair or replacement opportunities
- Troubleshoot heating and cooling systems
- Present repair options and recommendations to customers
- Document findings and complete service reports
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
Requirements
- Minimum HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to present repair options professionally
- Must provide your own hand tools
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Clean-cut and professional appearance
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Quality workmanship—no sloppy work
- EPA Certification preferred
Compensation
Performance-based pay.
Technicians have the opportunity to maximize earnings based on:
- Completed tune-ups
- Repairs sold and completed
- Customer satisfaction
- Overall performance
Work volume is expected to be up to 4 calls per day, 3–4 days per week.
